Return Policy

Our Commitment to Satisfaction

At handmademadecraf, we stand behind the quality of our space organization products and services. This Return Policy outlines our terms for returns, refunds, and cancellations to ensure your complete satisfaction with our solutions.

Service Cancellations

You may cancel consultation appointments with at least 48 hours advance notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25 percent of the consultation fee.

Once installation has commenced, project cancellation may result in charges for labor performed, materials ordered, and custom components fabricated. Specific cancellation terms are outlined in individual service agreements.

Product Returns

Standard organization products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Custom-designed or fabricated products are non-returnable due to their personalized nature.

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within the return period. We will provide return authorization and shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or product defect.

Refund Process

Approved returns will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Custom orders and installed systems may be subject to restocking fees or partial refunds based on work completed and materials used.

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted, as time and expertise have been provided. However, consultation fees may be applied as credit toward future services if you proceed with a project within 90 days.

Warranty Coverage

All our organization systems include comprehensive warranty coverage. Defects in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at no charge during the warranty period. Warranty terms vary by product and are specified in your service agreement.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase and documentation of the defect. We will assess warranty claims and determine appropriate remedies, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Exclusions and Limitations

Our return policy does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Products damaged during customer-arranged transportation or installation are not eligible for return or warranty coverage.

Installation services are considered complete upon client approval and sign-off. Subsequent changes or modifications may be subject to additional charges.

Exchange Policy

We gladly offer exchanges for products of equal or greater value. Price differences for upgraded products must be paid at the time of exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be requested within 30 days of original purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

Inspect all delivered products immediately upon receipt. Report any damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for replacement or repair of damaged or defective items at no charge, including return shipping costs.

Photograph any damage and retain all packaging materials until the issue is resolved. This documentation helps us process your claim efficiently and improve our quality control procedures.

Custom and Special Orders

Custom-designed organization systems are fabricated specifically for your space and requirements. These products cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun. We provide detailed design approvals before fabrication to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Errors in custom orders due to incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the client are not eligible for free returns or exchanges. Additional charges may apply for modifications to correct client-provided information errors.

Project Modifications

Changes to approved designs or project scope may affect pricing and timelines. We will provide updated proposals for any requested modifications. Changes requested after installation has commenced may incur additional charges for labor and materials.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our products or services, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly. Most concerns can be addressed through direct communication with our customer service team.
